David Bachrach has been studying and helping organizations since 1994, when he designed and conducted a community satisfaction survey for a local police department. Since then he has supported more than 100 law enforcement agencies, more than a dozen federal agencies and a handful of federal contractors to accomplish all kinds of HR things.
Creative, unorthodox and aggressive are three words not often associated with federal human resources management. But they are what we aspire to be in every endeavor, assuring the best value and very high client satisfaction.
Contracting to work with David is also signing up for a positive attitude. A happy hour companion. A sanity check. A conversation partner. A search for the truth, and for best results.
